WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING?
Your Wedding Date Can Be Held/Reserved With A Signed Contract And 50% Retainer Of The Wedding Film Total Cost. A Date Cannot Be Held Without Those Two Things.
WHAT IF WE AREN’T COMFORTABLE IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA?
Not To Worry! We Hear This A Lot Because Most People Aren’t, So You’re Not Alone! We Like To Find Ways To Create A Fun And Comfortable Atmosphere. You’ll Forget The Camera Was Even There!
HOW WILL MY WEDDING FILM BE DELIVERED?
When Your Wedding Short Film Is Ready, You Will Receive A Link Which You Can Download To Revise. Once Your Film Has Been Approved, Your Film Will Be Mailed To You In A flash drive with all mobile files and 4k files.
DO YOU OFFER PHOTOGRAPHY?
We Unfortunately Do Not Offer Photography, BUT! Not To Worry We Will Gladly Refer You To Some Of The Most Amazing Photographers We Have Personally Worked With And Personally Bundle Our Services With.
WHAT HAPPENS IF OUR WEDDING IS EFFECTED BY ANY CIRCUMSTANCE?
We Understand That Circumstances May Arise That Could Impact Your Wedding Plans. However, Please Note That Once You Have Made A Payment, Whether It's A Deposit Or Any Amount Towards Our Services, It Is Non-Refundable. Regardless Of The Reason For Cancellation Or Rescheduling, We Do Not Offer Refunds On Any Payments Made. In The Event That You Need To Reschedule, There Will Be A Rescheduling Fee. If We Are Unavailable On Your Chosen Date, We Will Provide An Associate To Cover The Event In Our Place. Please Be Aware That This Policy Applies To All Situations, Including Acts Of God, Man-Made Issues, Or Any Other Unforeseen Circumstances.
